Gavin has worked as both a designer and a rep in the lighting world for over 20 years, becoming LIA qualified in the process. More recently, he’s studied electrical engineering and building services to focus more on the design elements to gain a deeper appreciation for this. He started as a Christmas temp in a lighting warehouse, working through the ranks and discovering a love for lighting in the process. He soon realised how quickly the industry changes, especially the technology.
Gavin loves seeing long-standing customers as much as he does meeting new ones – forging lasting business relationships along the way.
