Abi joined Ventilux in 2015. Since working for Ventilux, Abi has completed a Level 3 NVQ in Customer service, a 12-month supervisory skills course and has just completed a Level 3 Diploma in Team Leading and Management.
Before working at Ventilux, Abi worked for a few years for a training provider company giving her over 7 years’ experience in customer service and administration.
Abi is passionate about continuously developing herself and increasing her skills to progress within the company. Abi thrives on a challenge and exceeding customers’ expectations, making her a key member of the UK sales team
In her spare time, Abi loves to bake lifelike sculpted figures of people out of cake and enjoys playing football for her local team.
